Paddy's Special Salad
Ingredients
Lettuce
Avocados
Strawberries, washed and halved
Flaked almonds, roasted
Butternut, roasted
A combination of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to soak the strawberries in (they don't need to swim in it...)
For the dressing
Grapeseed oil
Lemon juice
A dash of Balsamic vinegar
