Make a basic white bread dough (in fact, you can buy some at the local supermarket bakery.) Then roll it out thinly, into a rectangle, warmed a jar of Nutella for a few seconds in the microwave (to make it easier to spread), and spread some on the dough. Then slice one and a half bananas into thin slices, place these on the chocolate, and sprinkle the dough with walnuts (broken into smaller pieces.) This heavenly creation was rolled up into a long strip, and then the strip was rolled into a wheel and drizzled with honey.
Bake it at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
Tomorrow I'll share with you what we had first... In the meanwhile, here's the finished product, in case you needed any further convincing. The options are limitless -
apple, cinnamon and walnut,
70% dark chocolate and mandarin,
white chocolate and berries,
blue cheese and pear...
Go on. Be a devil!
