Ingredients
3 eggs
2 oz butter (56,7g)
½ cup sugar
½ cup strained granadilla juice
Method
1. Place butter, sugar and juice in saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar is melted.
2. Beat eggs and add to mixture.
3. Stir constantly until it reaches boiling point and is thick.
4. Bottle and use like lemon curd.
